Dr. Jack Burrow is the founder of Burrow Welchel & Culp Orthodontics and has been practicing for over 40 years. His dual background in engineering and dentistry gives him a precision-focused approach to orthodontics. An accomplished researcher and educator, Dr. Burrow has published extensively and is a member of the prestigious Angle Society. Her research on corticotomy-assisted tooth movement earned the Milo Hellman Award, one of orthodontics’ highest honors. With a focus on innovation and education, she continues to train residents at Baylor and leads with warmth, excellence, and a genuine love of helping patients smile.

Dr. Alex J. Culp
Dr. Alex Culp is dual-trained and board-certified in both pediatric dentistry and orthodontics, one of the few specialists in the nation with this distinction.
